At Carta Oakhill School, we believe that all children are unique and that every child’s pace of development is different. It is important to me that every child is recognised as an individual, so that we can nurture their talents and give them the specific help that they need to succeed at school. We work very hard to make sure every day provides rich experiences that will motivate your child to come to school. Our most important feature is our wonderful team of teachers who are specialists in the age-group/developmental stage with which they work. They are keen observers and facilitators, caring for the varying paces and learning styles. Most have committed years of service to our school and they believe in unfolding the child, not merely stuffing with data. However, overriding their qualifications, our teachers are passionate about their work with the children and are committed to bringing out the best in each child. I believe that we have created an exciting place for a child to grow and learn given the ever developing broad extra-curricular program and flexible approach, values and response to children’s interests.
